JOB DESCRIPTION
The Associate Merchant Acquiring & Success will play a key role in ensuring the successful onboarding, growth, and retention of our merchant partners. You will be the primary point of contact for merchants, supporting them through the onboarding process, product introduction, and ongoing interactions to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, payments, fintech, e-commerce or similar roles in a PSP or payment gateway is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients.
